What Does Boss Bottled Night Smell Like

In the opening, Boss Bottled smells like Lavender and woody notes. After the opening notes, it quickly moves into a powdery Violet scent. It smells a little like iris mixed in there even though it is not listed as a note. Overall, the scent is fresh, floral, woody, and powdery. While you may read floral and powdery, it is a manly cologne.

It is fresh and aromatic. It comes off as very masculine smelling. It is linear and not unique.

It gets mixed reviews from guys, but I get a lot of compliments from women who get near me. And that is from not wearing it a lot.

You should purchase this if you are looking for a masculine and seductive scent. This will be a nice smelling cologne in intimate settings. You also need to be a fan or Iris and Violet smelling colognes. If powdery scents are not for you, then Boss Bottled Night is not for you.

It has some versatility to it, so don’t view it as a night only cologne. You will put off a confident and manly vibe when you spray this on.

Think Ryan Reynolds in a black tuxedo coming back from a formal event with a smoking hot woman waiting for him. That is what the ad shows, so I’m going with that.

Other Options

If you want something that is similar to Boss Bottled Night, there are not a lot of choices. I would say that something close to it would be Fahrenheit by Dior. It is not quite as popular anymore though. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of similar fragrances out there to this one.

Overall Rating

Boss Bottled Night is a nice smelling cologne. However, it is not unique enough, and I do not like fragrances that have a strong powder note. If the choice is to wear no cologne or this one, I would choose to wear it.
